Job summary

Harkins Builders in Trenton, NJ is seeking a Superintendent II to lead complex construction projects from planning through completion. You will supervise field crews, coordinate with design teams and trade partners, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

Qualifications

Five years of progressive construction experience preferred.
Ability to read and interpret plans, specs, and contracts.
Experience leading field teams and coordinating multiple trade partners.

Responsibilities

Manage multiple trade partners' phases of construction simultaneously.
On smaller projects, lead project and field team from notice to proceed to warranty.
Mentor junior superintendents and ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
Coordinate between design teams and trade partners to resolve field issues.
Maintain trade partners' schedules, quality, safety, and production.
Keep up-to-date as-built drawings and support cost control through logs.
