Qualifications

• Extensive experience in heavy civil construction with at least 5 years as foreman.
• Ability to read civil, structural, and architectural plans.
• Strong leadership, planning, and time-management skills.
• Coordinate crews and subcontractors across multiple sites.
• Proficient in project documentation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead field crews and coordinate safety planning.
• Plan daily and weekly schedules and coordinate with project teams.
• Monitor production, labor, and costs against budget and schedule.
• Ensure compliance with plans, permits, and quality standards.
• Coordinate inspections, testing, permits, and change orders.
• Mentor foremen and field staff to improve performance.
• Represent the company professionally in meetings with clients and stakeholders.
