Responsibilities include sequencing work, managing logistics, coordinating with stakeholders, developing the project schedule, mentoring the team, and maintaining professionalism in meetings on-site and off.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, a related discipline, or relevant work experience.
• 7+ years of experience on large-scale commercial construction projects.
• 2+ years leading, developing, and motivating teams.
• In-depth knowledge of scheduling, contract administration, equipment, and personnel.
• Demonstrated experience leading field operations and communicating plans across audiences.
• Knowledge of safety and building regulations (OSHA).
• Alignment to Clark Standards of Excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee timely and quality installation of contracted work across a project or scope.
• Implement safety and quality cultures among employees and trade contractors, and conduct safety inspections.
• Create and manage plans to sequence work, manage site logistics, and track materials and personnel.
• Ensure high quality of work consistent with standards; deliver projects on schedule and on budget.
• Develop, update, and communicate project schedule with stakeholders; track KPI.
