Job summary

Nichols Contracting, Inc. is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead field operations, coordinate with Project Managers and Engineers, and ensure projects meet scope, schedule, and safety standards.

The role demands extensive experience across multiple trades and strong communication with crews and clients. Reporting to the project leadership, you will oversee daily field activities, enforce OSHA safety practices, review blueprints and specifications, and drive project closings with accurate

Qualifications

• Ten years of Superintendent experience with knowledge of multiple construction trades.
• Proficient in reading plans, specs, drawings, contracts and other documents.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, direct, and coordinate field operations with PMs and Engineers.
• Conduct safety inspections and toolbox talks per OSHA requirements.
• Inspect subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with contracts and schedules.
• Prepare and close out projects with updated punch lists and record drawings.
