Job summary

Manhattan Construction seeks a Senior Superintendent to lead on-site field operations, ensure safe and timely project completion, and manage logistics with the Project Manager. This role requires strong leadership, organization, and client service capabilities across multiple projects.

You will coordinate safety programs, QA/QC, and collaborate with subcontractors while reporting daily progress and quantities. Travel and field presence are essential to support our diverse portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering, or related experience.
• 15 years of industry experience.
• Ability to lead on-site teams safely.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site supervision of field labor.
• Review Trade Contractor pay apps and material invoices with PM.
• Develop and maintain site logistics plan with PM.
• Manage CPM schedule and look-ahead schedules.
• Develop Safety, QA/QC policies and ensure compliance.
• Attend and lead project meetings with PM and safety.
• Assist with preconstruction/estimating activities.
