Job summary

You will lead on-site construction teams, establish goals and schedules, and partner with the Project Manager for weekly progress meetings.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising construction sites and coordinating on-site teams.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents accurately.
• Strong organization and time-management under tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Open the construction site each day and secure it at the end of the day.
• Conduct daily site walks to monitor activities and plan ahead.
• Lead and manage the on-site construction team.
• Set goals, schedules, and timelines for the team.
• Partner with the Project Manager to lead weekly progress meetings.
• Collaborate with contractors, engineers, architects, PMs, and owners.
• Ensure contractors meet their contracted scope of work.
• Identify work outside scope and communicate issues promptly.
• Ensure quality, safety, and code compliance.
• Maintain daily field reports and RFIs.
• Coordinate inspections with authorities and manage punch list at project end.
