Job summary

Loenbro, LLC in Gillette, WY, seeks a seasoned Superintendent for on-site coordination of large industrial/construction projects. You will lead field teams, ensure schedule adherence, and maintain safety and quality across multiple trades.

The role requires 8+ years in construction, leadership experience, and proficiency with estimating and scheduling software. Travel is frequent; a clean driver's license is essential, and a strong safety record is expected.

Qualifications

• Engineering or Construction Management degree preferred.
• 8+ years in construction of industrial & commercial projects.
• 5+ years as a General Superintendent overseeing multiple craft trades.
• Experience with HCSS Heavy Job or similar job costing program.
• Experience with P6 or similar scheduling software.
• Experience with Viewpoint or similar accounting software.
• Experience with Heavy Bid or similar estimating software.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
• Completion of OSHA or equivalent safety training.
• Ability to travel at least 75% of the time.
• Driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate trade field assignments with project needs.
• Support Superintendent throughout the duration of the job.
• Review project schedules with Superintendents/Foreman and keep critical activities on track.
• Document field issues impacting budget, quality, or schedule and report to project management.
• Ensure safety and contract requirements are met and enforce compliance.
