Job summary

Loenbro, LLC seeks an experienced Superintendent to oversee on-site activities for large industrial and commercial construction projects. The role emphasizes coordinating trades, supervising crews, and ensuring schedule and budget adherence while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have an engineering or construction management background, 8+ years of field leadership, and proficiency with major construction software.

Qualifications

• Engineering or Construction Management Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction of industrial & Commercial projects.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a General Superintendent overseeing multiple craft trades.
• Experience with HCSS Heavy Job or similar job costing program.
• Experience with P6 or similar scheduling software.
• Experience with Viewpoint or similar accounting software.
• Experience with Heavy Bid or similar estimating software.
• Proficient with all Microsoft Office products.
• Completion of OSHA or equivalent safety training.
• Ability to travel at least 75% of the time.
• Driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all trade field assignments with project needs.
• Support Superintendent throughout the job duration.
• Review project schedules with Superintendents/Foreman and maintain critical-path activities.
• Document field issues impacting budget, quality, or schedule.
• Respond to subcontractor field issues that affect budget/quality/schedule.
• Supervise daily work of employees and ensure contract conformance.
• Ensure safety and environmental requirements are met.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, and subcontractors for timely completion.
• Provide training for safety and equipment operation.
• Prepare cost-based estimates for RFPs.
