Job summary

Loenbro is seeking a Superintendent to lead day-to-day construction activities in Gillette, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence. You will coordinate craft labor, subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.

Ideal candidates have a degree in Construction Management or Engineering, at least five years in construction with supervisory experience, and proficiency in construction tech like Procore and MS Project.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in construction with 3+ years as Superintendent or field leadership.
• Experience on commercial/industrial projects; reading drawings and specs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily field operations including labor, subcontractors, equipment, and materials.
• Manage construction activities per contract, specs, and codes.
• Develop and maintain schedules and short-term work plans; address delays.
• Champion safety and quality; enforce policies and conduct site inspections.
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, owners, inspectors, and vendors.
