Job summary

Loenbro, LLC in Phoenix is seeking a General Superintendent to coordinate all on-site activities for large industrial and commercial construction projects. You will assist craft supervision, manage field crews, and ensure adherence to schedules, budgets, and specifications.

The role requires extensive field leadership, deep understanding of project controls, and a strong commitment to safety and quality. Local travel and frequent site presence are expected for this senior position.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in construction of industrial & commercial projects.
• 5+ years of experience as a General Superintendent overseeing multiple craft trades.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all on-site activities of large construction projects.
• Assign and coordinate trade field assignments with project needs.
• Review project schedules with Superintendents/Foreman to keep critical activities on schedule.
• Document field issues impacting budget, quality, or schedule for the PM team.
• Ensure safety and environmental requirements are met across the site.
• Produce cost-based estimates for RFPs.
• Lead safety training and enforce company safety policies.
