Job summary

Coho Construction Management in the United States seeks an experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team supporting projects across Florida, Georgia and Alabama, including Panama City, FL. The role oversees field operations, staff, and subcontractors to deliver projects safely, on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 10-15 years of field experience.
• A construction-related degree is preferred but not required.
• Must obtain REAL ID, CQM, OSHA 30 and EM 385-1-1 certifications within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site construction operations and manage subcontractors.
• Manage contractual and financial aspects and support reporting.
• Oversee field staff to ensure quality, safety, and schedules.
• Ensure EM 385-1-1 and OSHA 30 compliance on-site.
• Conduct site assessments and prepare reports and submittals.
• Oversee projects from pre-construction to closeout, including scheduling and budgeting.
• Read and apply drawings and specifications; coordinate with design teams.
