Job summary

Semper Tek Inc. is seeking an experienced Superintendent / Field Manager II to oversee mid-size, moderately complex federal and healthcare construction projects. You will manage total construction efforts to meet budget, schedule, safety, and quality requirements.

The role requires autonomy in managing projects, willingness to travel across the United States, and experience serving as Superintendent/QC/SSHO. Robins/Dublin, GA area is preferred, with nationwide travel possible.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience autonomously managing successful construction projects.
• OSHA 30-Hour Certification.
• First Aid/CPR Certification.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret federal contract documents.
• Knowledge of federal safety requirements, including EM385.

Responsibilities

• Manage mid-size construction projects and oversee total construction efforts.
• Ensure projects adhere to contract documents, budgets, schedules, and client expectations.
• Oversee all project safety and quality requirements.
• Maintain jobsite safety that meets OSHA regulations and Semper Tek safety program.
• Maintain strong client relationships throughout project execution.
