Job summary

Rudolph & Sletten, a Tutor Perini Company, seeks a Superintendent in Menlo Park, CA to coordinate field operations on medium- to large-scale projects with a strong emphasis on safety and quality. You will manage material use, labor, and subcontractors under the direction of the Jobsite Project Manager and General Superintendent.

Responsibilities include safety planning, QA/QC execution, daily reporting, and coordinating with subcontractors, engineers, and owners.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; certification.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering Construction Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum of eight years of field experience on large commercial projects.
• Experience managing multiple subcontractors and safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate field operations for medium- to large-scale projects with focus on safety and quality.
• Develop and manage QA/QC plans and safety programs.
• Prepare daily reports and look-ahead schedules; manage labor budgets.
• Lead weekly subcontractor coordination meetings with owner and architect.
