Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Superintendent to lead a Franklin, TN project starting January 2026. You will oversee construction, manpower, budgeting, safety, and reporting to ensure on-time, on-budget completion of development works.

Responsibilities include coordinating contractors, managing the schedule, monitoring progress, and communicating updates to senior leaders and owners. The role emphasizes leadership, organization, and strong relationship building on-site.

• Highly organized, able to plan day‑to‑day and long‑term schedules.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate development and new construction projects by reviewing plans, inspecting work, overseeing contractors and ensuring on-time, on-budget completion.
• Review and reconcile invoices, monitor budgets and report financial needs and issues.
• Develop and manage project timetable and completion schedule, adjusting for delays and changes.
• Supervise construction site work, monitor safety and compliance, adjust staffing to stay on schedule and budget.
• Provide regular updates to leaders and partners, respond to information requests promptly.
• Assist in assembling onsite team, engage contractors and manage performance per policies.
