Kitchell in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex construction projects, foster strong client relationships, and guide design teams toward profitable outcomes.

You will oversee multi-project scopes up to $25 million, mentor staff, and coordinate with preconstruction, scheduling, and field teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. This role anchors the Tucson market and offers growth within the company.

Competenze

• Minimum of 7 years of industry experience with a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture.
• OR a minimum of 8 years of construction industry experience without a degree.

Mansioni

• Prepare and review project estimates ensuring alignment with budget and scope.
• Review design and construction documents for budget, schedule, and contract compliance.
• Coordinate bidding process and review subcontractor bids for compliance and financial factors.
• Negotiate and prepare subcontracts, change orders, and purchase orders.
• Maintain project chart of accounts and monthly cost reporting.
• Collaborate with Project Superintendent and Scheduling to support pre-bid and master schedule.
• Review pre-billing worksheets and monitor monthly payments and cash flow.
• Produce monthly forecasts, cost reports, and billing forecasts; report as required.
• Supervise and mentor staff; conduct regular performance reviews.
