Responsibilities

Implement duties with accuracy, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness.
Maintain professional relationships with owners, design teams, clients, and authorities.
Prepare and review project estimates, ensure conformance with budget and contract.
Coordinate bidding, review subcontractor bids, and manage subcontracts and change orders.
Develop and monitor the master construction schedule and monthly cost reports.
Mentor employees and conduct quarterly performance reviews.
