HarperGC is seeking a Project Manager/Field Engineer to support project leadership, assist in planning, scheduling, and coordination with Owners, Engineers, and Architects. The role emphasizes safety, QAQC, and effective communication to keep projects on schedule while achieving profitable outcomes.

You will work closely with the PM and Superintendent, contribute to preconstruction deliverables, and participate in value engineering and procurement discussions to drive project success.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in related field (CS, Business, or Engineering) preferred.
• OSHA 30 certification is required.

Responsabilidades

• Support PM and Superintendent in planning, scheduling, and logistics.
• Assist in estimating, preconstruction deliverables, and value engineering.
• Coordinate with Owners, Engineers, and Architects; facilitate issue resolution.
• Develop and manage project QAQC programs and documentation.
• Participate in safety planning, inspections, and weekly toolbox talks.
• Help prepare owner monthly reports and job cost status.
