Job summary

Harper GC seeks an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations on industrial projects. The role oversees safety, scheduling, QA/QC, and coordination with all trade partners to keep projects on schedule.

You will act as the main on-site contact, manage field staff, and drive pre-installations, safety plans, and site logistics. Strong experience with Procore and BIM concepts is preferred.

Qualifications

• 10 years of jobsite supervision experience.
• Industrial construction focus experience preferred.
• Ability to interpret grading plans, geotechnical reports, and utilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main contact for the project at the jobsite.
• Oversee the project to ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
• Coordinate logistics, staging, and phasing across trades.
• Lead QAQC and ensure proactive procurement and scheduling.
• Manage field staff timesheets and daily reports.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and recovery strategies.
• Engage with Owners, Designers, and Trade Partners to resolve issues.
