Job summary

Actalent is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead all field operations on commercial and industrial construction projects in the Atlanta area. Responsibilities include scheduling, coordinating, inspecting, and directing subcontractors to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to high standards.

The role requires strong leadership, practical knowledge of tilt-wall construction, and the ability to mentor field staff while partnering with Project Managers across all

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred and strong field leadership experience.
• OSHA 30 certification is required and safety programs must be implemented.
• Proven track record on large commercial/industrial projects with schedule discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead all field construction activities and coordinate subcontractors.
• Develop, maintain, and enforce project schedules.
• Conduct project startup, planning, logistics, and sequencing activities.
• Manage quality control and ensure work complies with contract documents.
• Participate in subcontractor buyout and scope review meetings.
• Facilitate weekly subcontractor meetings and progress updates.
• Coordinate material deliveries and procurement tracking.
• Maintain as-built drawings and project documentation.
• Work closely with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Manage project safety programs and ensure subcontractor compliance.
• Mentor Assistant Superintendents and field personnel.
• Lead project closeout activities and transition projects to clients.
