The ideal candidate should have extensive commercial construction experience, strong supervisory skills, and proficiency in scheduling software. This role also involves mentoring junior staff and contributing to safety programs.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of commercial construction field experience.
• 5+ years of direct supervisory experience related to staff and subcontractor management.
• Proficiency in using a personal computer and communication tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate subcontractors’ work.
• Ensure project is built on time and within budget.
• Manage and mentor assistant superintendents and field personnel.

Skills

Commercial construction field experience

Ability to read plans and specs

Supervisory experience
