Job summary

HITT Contracting is seeking a Commercial Construction Assistant Superintendent for mission-critical projects in Atlanta. You will assist the project manager in scheduling, coordinate field activities, maintain daily documentation, and manage punch lists through owner/architect closeout.

You will ensure safety compliance, support planning and organizing the building aspects to meet budget, quality, time and safety objectives, and collaborate with subcontractors while maintaining strong client

Qualifications

• Clear, concise written and verbal communication.
• Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and field teams on construction sites.
• Knowledge of safety programs and site documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist in formulating the project schedule with the project manager.
• Ensure proper installation methods and sequencing are followed.
• Maintain daily site documentation and punch lists.
• Develop site team and coordinate temporary facilities and long-lead items.
• Foster fair subcontractor relations and track safety compliance.
