Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as a lead superintendent on commercial sites.
• Must provide a list of completed projects.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and walk the entire job site.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee subcontractors, manage self-performed work, and coordinate all resources.
• Create, manage, and implement project schedules with the Project Manager.
• Ensure safety, quality control, and compliance with contracts.
• Lead on-site activities and drive project execution.
