Qualifications

• Experience as Construction Superintendent on heavy industrial projects.
• Proven ability to manage union craft labor and multi-trade crews.
• Strong knowledge of safety, quality control, and construction methods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day field operations for industrial projects.
• Supervise union craft personnel, subcontractors, and field teams.
• Plan, sequence, and manage shutdowns and fast-track schedules.
• Enforce safety protocols, quality standards and specifications.
• Coordinate material deliveries, equipment and logistics.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients.
• Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks, and safety training.
• Utilize project controls for scheduling and reporting.
• Support pre-construction planning and project closeout.
