Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Permanent Commercial Superintendent to lead on-site activities for diverse projects in healthcare, aviation, hospitality, and K-12 education. The role emphasizes self-perform teams, safety, and cross-disciplinary coordination on long-term, multi-site jobs.

The ideal candidate has at least five years in commercial supervision, a solid background in concrete work, and a bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering. Competitive salary and ESOP offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Commercial Superintendent.
• Experience in healthcare, aviation, hospitality, and K-12 education.
• Strong knowledge of concrete work and construction methods.
• Proficiency in managing field operations and self-perform teams.
• OHSA 10-HR safety guidelines knowledge.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing all on-site construction activities from groundwork to final inspection.
• Coordinating and supervising the work of subcontractors and suppliers.
• Enforcing safety protocols according to OHSA 10-HR guidelines.
• Conducting site inspections to monitor progress and compliance.
• Liaising with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve issues.
• Preparing detailed project documentation including logs and reports.
• Guiding self-perform work teams and ensuring quality.
