You will manage field teams, coordinate subcontractors, and partner with Project Managers to deliver high-quality work on schedule.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Construction Superintendent in commercial construction.
• Experience leading field teams and coordinating subcontractors.
• Strong focus on safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

Responsibilities

• Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through closeout.
• Enforce safety standards and promote a strong safety-first culture.
• Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, and daily work activities.
• Maintain project schedules and proactively address delays or conflicts.
• Ensure work is performed in accordance with plans, specifications, and quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with project management, owners, and design teams.
• Maintain daily reports, look-ahead schedules, and site documentation.
• Mentor field personnel and foster a collaborative, owner-minded jobsite culture.
