Job summary

HITT Contracting Inc seeks a Commercial Construction Senior Superintendent for Corporate Interiors in the Washington, DC area. You will direct on-site workflow, align with safety and quality standards, and serve as the main site leader liaising with project teams and clients.

The role requires 8–10 years in commercial construction, a four-year degree (preferred), and proficiency with ProCore, Microsoft Office, and BlueBeam. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree strongly preferred (construction/engineering/business)
• 8–10 years of commercial construction experience
• Experience with commercial general contractor environments
• Experience in tenant renovations or occupied space projects
• Proficiency with industry software and MS Office suite
• OSHA 30 certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead site team and manage on-site work per schedule and safety standards
• Ensure daily site documentation, logs, and punch lists are maintained
• Coordinate with project manager on scheduling and installation sequencing
• Maintain relationships with subcontractors and vendors; ensure fair treatment
• Identify and mitigate risks; communicate progress to stakeholders
