HITT Contracting is hiring a Commercial Construction Superintendent for Advanced Manufacturing in Washington, DC. The role directs on-site workflow, enforces safety and quality standards, and serves as the primary leader coordinating between project teams and subcontractors.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in commercial construction with GC experience, strong leadership, and proficiency in ProCore/BlueBeam. Travel and weekends may be required; salary ranges are project and location dependent.

Qualifications

• A four-year degree from an accredited university is preferred.
• In lieu of a degree, additional work experience is acceptable.
• 5+ years’ experience in commercial construction with a GC.

Responsabilités

• Understand and administer the HITT safety program across subcontractors.
• Maintain HITT quality standards for all project aspects.
• Lead on-site safety and manage a safe jobsite for all.
• Keep daily activity and site condition logs; manage punch list and closeout.
• Collaborate with project manager to formulate schedule and ensure sequences.
