Job summary

HITT Contracting Inc. is seeking a Commercial Construction Superintendent for corporate interiors. You will direct on-site workflow, manage occupied-space builds, and lead subcontractors to meet safety, quality, and schedule targets.

Responsibilities include coordinating with project teams, managing look-ahead schedules, and ensuring smooth turnover through closeout. A four-year degree and 5+ years’ experience are preferred, with OSHA 30 and strong interior construction knowledge advantageous.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in construction, engineering, or business strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of commercial construction experience, incl. interiors/tenant improvements.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site construction activities with subcontractors across trades.
• Develop and maintain project schedules with the project manager.
• Enforce safety, quality, and regulatory standards on site.
• Coordinate with building management and client representatives.
• Review drawings and scopes to resolve conflicts and prevent changes.
