The role emphasizes schedule discipline, daily planning, and collaboration with PMs to align costs and timelines. A field leader with organized, proactive, and accountable approach is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial or building construction experience.
• Experience leading field operations on subcontractor-driven projects.
• Experience coordinating structural, architectural, and MEP trades.
• Experience overseeing self-performed scopes (concrete, utilities, or site work preferred).
• Strong understanding of schedule sequencing and field production.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
