Prairie Landworks, Inc. in Kansas is seeking a Superintendent – General Construction / Building to lead field operations on commercial and municipal projects. You will coordinate subcontractors and self-performed scopes, read drawings, and ensure safety and quality on site.

Qualifications

How you\'ll get to contribute:

As Superintendent, you will lead field operations on commercial and municipal building projects while coordinating both subcontracted trades and select self-performed scopes.

Typical projects may include:

• Commercial buildings
• Municipal facilities
• Industrial support buildings
• Renovations and additions
• Negotiated and design-build projects

You will be responsible for safe, efficient, and high-quality project execution — ensuring work is completed on schedule and in alignment with plans and specifications.

You will:

About you:

You have:

• 5+ years of commercial or building construction experience
• Experience leading field operations on subcontractor-driven projects
• Experience coordinating structural, architectural, and MEP trades
• Experience overseeing self-performed scopes (concrete, utilities, or site work preferred)
• Strong understanding of schedule sequencing and field production
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
