Job summary

Insight Global, working on a major greenfield hyperscale data center project in Lufkin, TX, seeks a Senior Superintendent and MEP Superintendent to own field execution, lead subcontractors, drive schedules, and ensure safety and quality through completion.

Responsibilities include coordinating for all phases of data center construction, managing schedules, inspections, and safety, and overseeing MEP systems knowledge such as switchgear, UPS, generators, and cooling infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 7+ years construction experience.
• 1-2+ years in Data center construction.
• Ground-up mission critical construction experience.
• Experience leading field operations from project start through completion.
• On-site coordination for data center construction projects.
• Scheduling, inspections, quality control, and job site safety.
• MEP experience: electrical/mechanical systems (switchgear, UPS, generators, chilled water).

• Seeking new-build construction background & 1+ years of data center construction

Overview:

We're supporting one of the fastest-growing data center construction firms in the country on a major greenfield hyperscale project in Lufkin, TX.

We're looking for a Senior Superintendent and MEP Superintendent who can own field execution, lead subcontractors, drive schedules, and play a critical role in delivering large-scale data center builds.

• providing on-site coordination for all phases of Data Center construction projects, including coordinating subcontractors, material and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being strictly followed, and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget.

Experience

• 7+ years construction experience
• 1-2+ years in Data center construction
• Ground-up mission critical construction
• Experience leading field operations from project start through completion

MEP: electrical/ mechanical systems

• Switchgear, electrical distribution, UPS systems, generators, chilled water systems, cooling infrastructure, mechanical commissioning, startup/turnover activities

Compensation: $160-200K. Salary will vary dependent on years of experience, skill level, education, etc. Bonus eligibility up to 20% based on individual performance. Benefits provided by the company
