Job summary

Insight Global, working on a major greenfield hyperscale data center project in Lufkin, TX, seeks a Senior Superintendent and MEP Superintendent to own field execution, lead subcontractors, drive schedules, and ensure safety and quality through completion.

Responsibilities include coordinating for all phases of data center construction, managing schedules, inspections, and safety, and overseeing MEP systems knowledge such as switchgear, UPS, generators, and cooling infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 7+ years construction experience.
• 1-2+ years in Data center construction.
• Ground-up mission critical construction experience.
• Experience leading field operations from project start through completion.
• On-site coordination for data center construction projects.
• Scheduling, inspections, quality control, and job site safety.
• MEP experience: electrical/mechanical systems (switchgear, UPS, generators, chilled water).
