Johnson Controls seeks an experienced Sr Site Supervisor to oversee large construction projects, ensuring scope, budget and schedule adherence. You will manage subcontractors, coordinate with teams, and drive safety and quality on site.

The role requires 7–10 years in commercial/industrial construction, excellent communication, and a willingness to travel up to 100%. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree preferred in a relevant field.
• 7–10 years of direct project coordination and supervision experience in Commercial/Industrial Construction.
• Strong written and verbal communication across levels.

Responsibilities

• Identify project objectives aligned to scope, budget and schedule.
• Ensure Quality Control and scope compliance via daily inspections.
• Provide regular progress updates for master plan and schedule variance reporting.
• Act as Project Safety program coordinator and allocate resources accordingly.
• Resolve site conflicts and coordinate access for a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with Project Manager on risk management and recovery planning.
• Maintain project documentation in line with contract requirements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, prime and sub-contractors.
