Job summary

Johnson Controls seeks a Sr. Site Supervisor to oversee large construction projects, ensuring work aligns with scope, budget, and schedule. You will manage a team of subcontractors and coordinate with multiple site contractors to meet project goals.

The role requires 7–10 years of direct supervision experience in commercial/industrial construction, strong communication, and readiness to travel up to 100%. A Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• 7–10 years of direct project coordination and supervision experience in Commercial/Industrial Building Construction.
• Proficient in project management processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Identify project objectives aligned to scope, budget and schedule.
• Ensure Quality Control and scope of work compliance through daily site inspections.
• Submit regular progress updates for incorporation into master plan/schedule.
• Acts as Project Safety program coordinator.
• Coordinate with Systems and Services Teams for allocating resources to meet project objectives.
• Develop recovery plans and ensure they are carried out.
