Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree with related construction management experience.
• Eight years of direct project management experience in the building construction industry.
• Experience managing complex projects with multiple subcontractors and scopes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate technical material to a non-technical audience.
• Willingness to travel for project assignments.
• Proficiency with project management software and financial accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site execution for assigned mechanical construction projects.
• Coordinate project team through completion.
