This hands-on role requires strong organization, communication, and a customer-focused mindset, with a track record of supervising complex site work at educational or healthcare facilities.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project coordination, site supervision, controls, construction, or a related technical field.
• Experience working on active job sites, coordinating multiple stakeholders and contractors.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage schedules and competing priorities.
• Effective communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee day‑to‑day on-site project activities related to controls installations and upgrades.
• Supervise and coordinate specified project efforts, ensuring alignment with project plans and objectives.
• Work closely with other contractors, trades, and site stakeholders to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project requirements.
• Partner with the project team to develop project objectives, scope clarity, and execution plans.
• Manage project schedules and sequencing of activities to support on-time delivery.
• Monitor progress and communicate updates, risks, and issues to the project team.
• Support adherence to healthcare facility protocols, safety standards, and operational requirements.
• Foster a collaborative, professional, and safety-focused on-site environment.
