Job summary

Bilfinger North America is seeking a Site Operations Supervisor to oversee construction site activities from planning through completion. You will manage subcontractors, monitor safety programs, and enforce contract requirements across multiple projects.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in commercial/industrial construction, strong communication, and the ability to adapt to fast-paced environments while coordinating resources and schedules.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience in the construction industry with a commercial or industrial general contractor
• Ability to manage all resources, including vendors, subcontractors, time, and more, to meet deadlines
• Demonstrate integrity consistent with Centennial’s core values; adapt to evolving technology and methods

Responsibilities

• Project Oversight: coordinate with the Project Manager to review scope, control job site operations, ensure safety and contractual compliance
• Subcontractor Management: supervise and coordinate subcontractors and site activities
• Scheduling: outline the project timetable and update schedules to ensure milestones are met
• Safety: ensure compliance with HSEQ guidelines and OSHA/USACE standards
• Travel/ mobility: frequent driving between sites as required
