Job summary

Paylocity is seeking a Project Superintendent III to supervise construction job sites, lead field staff, and ensure safe, timely completion of trade work. You will work closely with the Project Manager to maintain quality and schedule adherence.

Responsibilities include reviewing plans, coordinating with subs, maintaining Procore records, and communicating with owners to meet project goals. This role requires on-site presence and strong leadership in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of job building sequence and scheduling.
• Strong computer skills with MS Office and MS Project.
• Able to read drawings and interpret project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Review working drawings and project requirements with PM.
• Maintain daily Procore documentation (journal, photos, minutes).
• Oversee subcontractor coordination, quality, and safety on site.
• Prepare three-week forecasts and weekly progress reports.
