Job summary

Paylocity seeks a Project Superintendent II to supervise construction job sites, leading field staff and ensuring on-time, quality completion of all trade work while upholding safety standards.

Work closely with the Project Manager to coordinate tasks, monitor progress, and communicate project status. Strong leadership, reading plans, and Procore experience are required to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership/management skills and a proven track record of building on schedule.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and written, with clients and teams.
• Experience reading and coordinating from drawings and project specifications.
• Proficient with Procore or similar construction project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Review working drawings and project requirements with PM.
• Lead on-site coordination meetings and manage subcontractors.
• Maintain project documentation including daily logs, RFIs, and safety records.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control on site.
