Job summary

Samet Corporation in Raleigh, NC seeks a Senior Superintendent to own the job site from day one, directing trades and subcontractors to deliver safe, quality, on-schedule work. You’ll manage the CPM schedule and drive a strong safety culture on diverse projects.

You’ll collaborate with the Project Manager to develop scopes, mentor field staff, and ensure compliance with codes and permits. This role requires leadership and a hands-on, detail-oriented manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field.
• 7–10 years of construction experience with 3–5 years in supervision.
• Experience on commercial, institutional, or industrial projects.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise all construction activities, coordinating trades and subcontractors.
• Review drawings, specs, and contracts for quality and code compliance.
• Lead safety programs, daily meetings, and incident investigations.
• Manage CPM schedule from baseline to updates and execution.
• Coordinate weekly meetings to keep field activities on track.
• Oversee subcontractor performance and resource planning.
• Manage punch lists and project closeout.
• Partner with Project Manager on subcontractor scopes and PMP development.
