Qualifications

3–5+ years of proven experience as a construction project superintendent.
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification (required).
Mastery of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Responsibilities

Provide field oversight across all phases of assigned construction projects.
Develop and manage project schedules that keep work on track.
Manage subcontractor performance to keep the job moving.
Prepare project documentation that supports coordination and effective site management.
Implement and execute Quality Control/Quality Assurance programs.
Promote an injury-free job site through safety initiatives and our award-winning safety program.
Build strong relationships with owners, designers, subcontractors, and other trade partners.
Ensure site work is completed according to project plans and specifications.
