Job summary

Samet is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead industrial construction projects from preconstruction to closeout in the Charlotte region. You will own budgets, schedules, risk management, and client relationships while mentoring junior staff and coordinating with engineers.

You bring 6–10 years of industrial PM experience, a degree in CM/CE, and proficiency with Prolog or similar tools. Familiarity with LEED and OSHA is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field.
• 6-10 years of progressive construction project management experience.
• Extensive industrial construction project experience required.
• Mastery of construction methods, cost estimation, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Proficiency in project management software (Prolog).

Responsibilities

• Own project delivery from preconstruction through closeout, including procurement strategy.
• Develop PMP with team work plans, responsibility matrices, and buyout strategies.
• Build detailed schedules and manage milestone dates with Three Week Look Ahead schedules.
• Manage owner contracts, payment terms, bonds, and insurance requirements.
• Prepare scopes of work, POs, and subcontracts within policy limits; manage risk.
