Job summary

Samet in Charlotte, NC is seeking an experienced Sr Superintendent with Healthcare project expertise to join our growing team. You will oversee field operations across commercial, healthcare, and multi-family projects, drive schedules, and ensure safety and quality.

The ideal candidate brings 10–15 years as a superintendent, LEAN and LEED knowledge, strong leadership, and the ability to coordinate owners, designers, and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years' experience as a project superintendent.
• Understanding of LEAN construction practices and LEED requirements.
• Leads in a team-oriented atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Provide field oversight for all phases of assigned projects (commercial/industrial, education, multi-family, healthcare).
• Develop and manage project schedules.
• Manage subcontractor performance relationships.
• Ensure timeliness and quality across projects.
• Prepare project documentation for coordination and site management.
• Implement Quality Control/Quality Assurance program.
• Promote a safe, injury-free job site through safety initiatives.
