Job summary

Samet, headquartered in Greensboro, NC, seeks a seasoned Superintendent for our Raleigh, NC operations. You will oversee all phases of commercial, education, multi-family and healthcare projects, develop schedules, supervise subcontractors, and ensure quality and safety at the job site.

The role requires at least seven years as a project superintendent, familiarity with LEAN and LEED, and strong teamwork and computer skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years' experience as a project superintendent (preferably in multifamily).
• Have an understanding of LEAN construction practices and LEED Green Building requirements.
• Leaders who prefer to work in a team-oriented atmosphere. Develop relationships with owners, designers, subcontractors and other trade partners.
• Willing to learn new approaches and tools.
• Stay on the cutting edge of industry technology and have strong computer skills.

Responsibilities
