Job summary

The role requires 7+ years in construction management, strong leadership, and the ability to manage subcontractors across mechanical, electrical, and steel erection scopes, with up to 80–90% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 7+ years of Construction Management in parcel/material handling sector.
• OSHA 30-hour safety certification.
• Experience supervising mechanical and electrical subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site technical, budget, and schedule activities for installation teams.
• Plan scheduling, estimating, and staffing for projects.
• Coordinate drawings reviews and approvals during construction.
• Lead meetings and coordinate with subcontractors and vendors.
• Ensure safety and OSHA compliance and quality control.
