Turner & Townsend is seeking a Scheduler Lead - Associate Director to join our Chicago team. The role requires strong leadership and a proven track record managing scheduling on major construction programs.

Qualified candidates will have 8+ years in scheduling within construction, with expertise in Primavera P6 and MS Project, and a degree in construction-related fields. The position involves coordinating with stakeholders and driving schedule performance across programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, engineering, or related field.
• Graduate degree in quantity surveying, cost management, construction management, or engineering preferred.
• 8+ years of scheduling experience in construction projects.
• Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders on complex programs.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead scheduling on large projects or programs within an integrated planning environment.
• Develop milestones, baselines and progress tracking.
• Ensure schedule methodology is followed and reports are timely.
• Mentor planning team and coordinate with clients and internal teams.
• Analyze data, identify trends, and propose recovery options.
• Support SOX controls where applicable.
