Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field.
• Knowledge of construction methods, processes and PM principles.
• Proficiency with project management software (MS Project, Procore or similar).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with clients and subs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers and subcontractors.
• Ensure adherence to building codes, safety regulations and quality standards.
• Help manage project documentation and progress reporting.
• Participate in meetings and support senior PMs with decision making.
