Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Construction Scheduler to join our team in Monroe, Louisiana. The ideal candidate will understand project controls and be responsible for updating and maintaining the construction schedule, coordinating inputs, and delivering status reports.

This role requires onsite 4-5 days a week, with per diem and travel reimbursement options. A bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field and 3–5 years of experience, plus Primavera P6 proficiency, are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or field related to construction.
• Minimum 3-5 years of applicable experience.
• Experience with Primavera P6 scheduling and risk analysis.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple schedule inputs into a master schedule and deliver project status reports.
• Update and maintain the construction schedule and ensure schedule integrity.
• Develop and implement scheduling strategies and procedures.
• Interface with project teams and contractors to collect inputs and communicate changes.
• Perform critical path analysis and risk assessments on schedules.
• Support the integrated enterprise-wide master schedule program.
