Job summary

Zero Impact Solutions in Costa Mesa, CA, is seeking a mid to senior level Construction Scheduler for an in-office role. You will create schedules, track progress, identify delays, and coordinate with clients, laborers, and project managers to ensure projects stay on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in construction and at least 4 years of scheduling experience, with proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and scheduling tools.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Bachelor's degree in construction or related field preferred.
• 4+ years of construction project scheduling experience.
• Strong computer skills including MS Office and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Develop logical sequencing of work, durations, and phasing.
• Coordinate with clients, laborers, and project managers to schedule all phases.
• Utilize Primavera/Expedition for scheduling activities.
• Review claims, time extensions, and cost impacts.
• Prepare and submit monthly progress reports for stakeholders.
• Maintain critical path analysis and report deviations from the master schedule.
• Identify scheduling improvements and change orders with schedule impact.
• Liaise with contractors’ scheduling resources and ensure on-time delivery.
