Job summary

Zero Impact Solutions is hiring a mid- to senior-level Construction Scheduler for in-office work in Costa Mesa, CA. You will create and track project schedules, identify delays, and collaborate with clients, laborers, and project managers to keep projects on time and within budget.

The role requires a background in construction scheduling, proficiency in Primavera/Expedition, and strong communication skills in English. Office hours are Monday–Friday, with on-site work as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field.
• 4+ years of construction project scheduling experience.
• Proficient in Primavera/Expedition.
• Strong MS Office, MS Project, and Adobe Acrobat skills.
• Fluent English with strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop logical sequencing of the work, contract durations and phasing.
• Coordinate with clients, laborers, and project managers to schedule all phases.
• Fully utilize Primavera/Expedition for scheduling and updates.
• Review and analyze claims, time extensions, and cost impacts.
• Prepare monthly reports for internal clients and stakeholders.
• Maintain critical path analyses and report deviations from the master schedule.
• Identify scheduling process improvements and assist with change orders.
